How much are the delivery/shipping charges?

MurphysLane.com provides free shipping PAN India on all orders. 

What is delivery timeline?
After order placement, when will my products be delivered?

Customer will receive a message with shipment tracking information on the registered email address you can also track the status of the order online by logging in on murphyslane.com in your registered account. If you have not received an SMS or email of order placed, please email or contact us within 24 hours.

The delivery dates mentioned are simply an estimate. Since we rely on our courier partners to deliver packages, there may be variations in this owing to events beyond our reach.

We ship the order from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of placing the order and confirmation of payment.  It usually takes about 4-7 business days for an order to be delivered, by our delivery partner, order can be delayed due to delay by shipping partner.

Are there any additional fees or hidden expenses?

There are absolutely no hidden charges or extra charges of any nature whatsoever. The Final price mentioned on the Website at checkout page is what you pay. We believe in complete transparency.

How do I find out if my shipping address is valid?

The information about any pin code being serviced within India can be checked on the product page once the pin code is entered.

Your shipping address Pin code will be verified with our database before you add the product to the cart. In case it is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we would request you to provide us with an alternate shipping pin code and check the availability.

After placing an order, can my shipping address be changed?

If the order is still under process, you may able to change the shipping address. Please get in touch with our customer support immediately if you desire to change the shipping address.

Will multiple Items be shipped together?

Multiple products ordered and paid through one transaction will be shipped together.  However, if multiple orders are placed through different transactions it may or may not be shipped together depending on the time of order placement.
