RETURN POLICY

At murphyslane.com each and every product shipped goes through strict quality check so as to provide best possible customer service.  In the rare case of any discrepancy from our end following terms will apply:

Not undertaken under Return or Refund:

1. There will always be some discrepancy between what you view online and how the fabric actually appears because color replication on different digital displays differs greatly.
2. At the initial couple washes, particular kinds of fabric experience color bleeding; for this reason, the provided wash instructions ought to be followed.

Return/Refund or Exchange terms:

1. We accept returns, but only for fabrics longer than 2.5 meters.
2. You can change or cancel your order before we start processing it.
3. If the product is damaged, kindly send us photos of the damaged product and the order receipt within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment.
4. The item must be in the same condition as it was delivered, which is entirely new, unwashed, and unstitched condition.
5. Avoid cutting the fabric. The fabric must be in the length that was originally cut. It cannot be returned if it is cut.
6. The time window for placing return requests is open only for 48 hours from the time of delivery.
7. Within two to three business days, we will set up a pickup for the item; make sure to keep it wrapped and to maintain all the labels and tags attached to the product. Along with the payment receipts and any delivery-related bills.
8. After the shipment has been inspected and verified at the warehouse, the payment made by the customer will be refunded within 4 to 5 business days of receiving back the package, in case of return of the order.
9. For exchanges, we'll give you a Gift Card/Coupon of the same value.
10.  Refunds for Credit/Debit/UPI/COD payments take 7-10 working days.
